Last night was truly special. It was such a joy to speak with you all about purpose and struggles, and to share how even the hardest moments in life can be turned into something meaningful.
Research shows that people who face and overcome struggles often experience greater well-being, deeper resilience, and a stronger sense of purpose. Struggle, when we choose to grow through it, can become the greatest gift in our lives.
I am grateful for this journey and excited to share that my next talk will be at TEDxAlbury this October. I cannot wait to continue spreading this message on such a meaningful stage.
