I heard your body image struggles

I was deeply moved by how openly the Shepparton locals shared their personal struggles during my book talk. Many spoke about their experiences with body weight and self image, and how cultural expectations around beauty have shaped the way they see themselves. Their honesty and bravery helped me see the bigger picture of my vision. I want to support more people in Australia to feel they belong, no matter how they look or where they come from, and to have the confidence to live as the best version of themselves.

Another book talk in Australia has been successfully launched. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who showed up with vulnerability. In a world where beauty can mean different things across cultures, it is not always easy to talk openly about our struggles. But please know that I am here for you, to listen, to walk beside you, and to remind you that beauty is not a single standard. You are worthy just as you are.

This is not a simple journey, but it is completely possible.

We have more talks coming up in different cities and will soon be expanding to more states across Australia. At the end of each talk, we raise our hands in the shape of the letter C, a small but powerful symbol of courage and connection. I warmly invite you to be part of this growing movement.

P.S. My book, #FromUglyToBeautifulWithoutSurgery, is now available on our official website. It is the result of over 10 years of personal and professional exploration into what true beauty really means. If you have ever felt not enough, this book is a heartfelt guide to rediscover your worth. No surgery, no filters, just truth.
