Life will not become easier just by changing our job.

We can get stuck on an issue. It could be an obstacle that we have to learn in order to grow and expand our abilities.

The challenge can seem big and difficult when we struggle with the same problem and are unable to resolve it. 

We start to think that external factors cause the issue, so we choose to change our job, partner, or location.

We do not realise that the real issue is within us. We are unable to overcome our inner struggles, so we choose to run away from the situation, hoping to resolve the issue by leaving the situation.

We start our life all over again with a new title and still come back to the same problem, just experience in a different environment, a different partner, or a new job.

We can never escape the lesson we need to learn; it will always come back to us unless we intend to resolve the inner issue.
