All leaders are human, and humans are not perfect. Even defining “perfect” is a challenge in itself.
No matter how high their position, a person in an organization or company is still human. And humans make mistakes.
So when we feel hurt by someone in a leadership role, it does not mean we have to quit our job or hate the entire organization. The heart of any community or company is made up of a diverse group of people who share a common vision but bring different skills and perspectives. That is what allows the organization to grow and thrive.
We cannot dismiss the entire system based on the actions of one individual. Because when we join a community, we are pursuing a shared vision, not because everyone is perfect, but because we are learning, growing, and evolving together.
