The Myth of the "Perfect" Partner

The Myth of the "Perfect" Partner

I used to wish for perfect teeth like Tom Cruise and a body like the fashion model Irina Shayk. I believed that if I achieved these ideals, I might finally attract the "perfect" partner I dreamed of.
But over time, I realized two important truths: I will never be perfect, and the "perfect" man doesn’t exist.
Society’s beauty standards are impossible to live up to, and chasing them only wastes time and energy thinking about how imperfect I am. I’ve decided to stop focusing on my flaws or imagining how life might be if I were "perfect."
Instead, I choose to embrace who I am, imperfections and all. Life isn’t about fitting into a mold; it’s about enjoying every moment and living authentically.
