You can handle whatever is ahead of you

The most powerful thing we can say to ourselves is, "Whatever happens, I can handle it. I trust I can overcome anything."

We may have experienced tough times in the past, but now, when we experience joyful moments, we can't help but wonder: Will these joyful moments last? What if something happens one day?

When we do that, we allow worry to take away our pleasant moments and prevent us from living fully in the present.

Research shows that it is normal for us to worry occasionally, and it could be a healthy response to uncertainty and danger. We constantly seek certainty in our lives to ensure we will survive.

Even though we are already in abundance, we still do it unconsciously.

Sometimes, worrying can help us prepare for the future. However, overthinking will only diminish our joy in the present moment and lead to further health issues.

The truth is we can minimize the risk, but we can't fully predict what will happen. The best thing we can do for the future is to try our best to live lives with the best intentions and know: "Whatever happens, I can handle it. I trust I can overcome anything."
